The Etiquette of Effective Communication
This session examines communication as a core driver of leadership effectiveness and ethical practice. Participants will explore the 7 Cs of communication, different leadership communication styles, and the interplay between verbal, non-verbal, and preverbal cues. Emphasis is placed on active listening, empathy, and the role of transparency in building trust. Through real-life case studies and practical exercises, participants will connect ethical values to leadership presence, learning how to foster credibility and strengthen team relationships through respectful, principled communication.
