Noor Elareer

Noor is the Community Engagement Coordinator at Teach For Qatar and a certified trainer by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) in the United Kingdom. She graduated from Qatar University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Chemistry. Her early career includes research roles at the Cancer Research Laboratory at Hamad Medical Corporation and the Qatar Biomedical Research Institute at Hamad Bin Khalifa University. In 2019, she earned first place for her graduation project at the Qatar University Life Sciences Symposium. She has also published four scientific papers in international scientific journals on cancer, diabetes, and stem cells research.

Noor completed the Leadership Journey Program at Teach For Qatar as part of the 2020 Cohort. Over five years, she worked as a Science Teacher at Umm Maabad Preparatory School for Girls and Rufaidah Bint Kaab Preparatory School for Girls. With extensive experience in training and development; she has designed and led numerous training workshops, coordinated activities for the Teach For Qatar 2023 Camp, and worked with the Support & Training team at Teach For Qatar to design and deliver workshops during the Summer Institute in 2024 and 2025. Additionally, she participated in assessing the performance of teacher candidates applying to the Leadership Pathway Program.
Her passion for science and learning is rooted in a strong belief that building individual skills is essential for navigating today’s challenges, advancing the society, and upholding Islamic values.
