Malaz Saif Al-Din Elsidiq

Malaz Elsidiq holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Qatar University, where she specialized in Health Sciences. She later worked for two years as a Research Assistant at the Biomedical Research Center (BRC), leading multiple research projects that were published across scientific journals and platforms.
In 2019, Malaz joined the Leadership Journey Program at Teach For Qatar, completing two years of training designed to develop her teaching and leadership skills. She subsequently taught Science in one of Qatar’s public schools for four years.
Malaz excelled in her role by supporting her students not only academically but also personally, inspiring and motivating them in and beyond the classroom.

In 2004, she continued her path in education by joining Teach For Qatar as a Training Specialist for Fellows and new teachers. With a strong commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth, Malaz strives to advance her career while making a lasting, positive impact on both personal and professional levels.
Malaz holds a training certification from ILM Education Consultants in Qatar and has designed and led a variety of workshops focused on developing and refining essential leadership skills for both the individuals and the community. She remains committed to driving meaningful change and making a positive contribution to the education sector.
