Fatma Gamal Teama is a Training Coordinator at Teach For Qatar and a certified Career Mentor by the Global Center in Canada. She is also a certified trainer by ILM in the United Kingdom and has participated in leadership courses at Harvard Business School. Fatma holds a bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a General Diploma in Education from Alexandria University in Egypt. After completing Teach For Qatar’s Leadership Journey Program, she worked as a Science teacher for preparatory school students in public schools until the end of the 2023–2024 academic year. She later served as the Scientific Research Coordinator at Hind Bint Amr Al-Ansari School, where she supervised award-winning research projects, including one that earned Qatar a gold medal at the ITEX competition in Malaysia.
Fatma has extensive experience in training and development. Through the Government Training and Development Center, she trained coordinators in government schools on integrating scientific research methodologies into curricula. She has also designed and delivered numerous training workshops for teachers within her school and beyond, in collaboration with Teach For Qatar and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Her experience further includes contributing to the Qatar 2024 Summer Camp.
Fatma strives to support the growth of future leaders by delivering impactful training workshops that influence mindsets and expand future horizons.
