Mohammed Nawras Al-Hossni

Mohammed Nawras Al-Hosni began his studies in the Civil Engineering program at Qatar University in 2012. As he advanced through his academic journey, he refined his career vision and discovered a strong passion for teaching. This interest in education grew further when he served as a Teaching Assistant at the Student Learning Support Center in Qatar University in 2014, followed by his role as an Engineering Ambassador with the Career Services Center. After graduating, he joined Teach For Qatar to pursue his ambition to work in education.
As a Mathematics Teacher, Mohammed applied a pedagogical approach to teaching while participating in Teach For Qatar’s Leadership Journey Program. He also worked at Abdulrahman Bin Awf Preparatory School for Boys, where he developed training materials and conducted professional workshops on teaching strategies and scientific research. Mohammed currently serves as a Training and Development Specialist at Teach For Qatar and is certified as a trainer by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) in the United Kingdom.

Mohammed earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Qatar University in 2017 and further advanced his management skills by attending the Leadership and Management Program at HEC Paris in 2019. That same year, he also earned the Teach For Qatar’s Leadership Journey certification.
Mohammed’s outstanding performance is reflected in his professional achievements. He won first place for the Best Graduation Project in Teach For Qatar’s Leadership Journey Program in 2019 and secured first place in the Shell-NXplorers Program for green energy and sustainability projects. His commitment to professional development is also evident in his development of remote learning videos for preparatory-level students under the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
